Bucky’s Basement Podcast
The Basement is a place where 3 friends dive deep into the world of Nicolas Cage on our Casting Cage episodes, where we watch, dissect, and celebrate his legendary performances. Then, get ready for some off-the-cuff creativity on Fast Pitch, where we take random word-generated titles and turn them into original movie ideas on the spot. It’s a mix of movie love, improv, and absurd fun—all from the depths of Bucky’s Basement.

Join us for our first ever "Fast Pitch" episode, where the guys put their backs against the wall (and clock) as they create a movie pitch from a randomized movie title. This week, they each drew One word titles and created separate movie pitches. Listen in as we hear pitches for "Above" by Oldboy, "Devilry" by Juicebox, and "Fairies" by Bucky. Stick around to hear Bucky's cast for Fairies. It's soooo good.

Welcome to Bucky's Basement, a Brand New podcast from the guys behind the Raising Nashville Podcast. This episode re-introduces Bucky, Juicebox, and Oldboy along with topics and episode content you can expect to hear this season, namely:
Fast Pitch: episodes where the guys are given randomly selected movie titles and must pitch a movie idea with cast, tagline, and movie marriage within 15 minutes.
Casting Cage: The guys are watching Nic Cage's catalog of movies in chronological order and rating the movie, along with his performance (so you don't have to).
My Thumbs Hurt: While Juicebox and Oldboy are old-hands at videogames, Bucky is not. The guys explore select videogames and discuss the finer points of the medium, much to the chagrin of Bucky.
Break-up Letters: While we are heavy on the nostalgia in Bucky's Basement, it can sometimes be a bad thing. These episodes are where one of the guys has decided to "break-up" with a part of his past and to let go of certain pop-culture nostalgia
